2023 Holiday Luncheon
Hello Friends and may the best of the holiday season be with you and your families!
This year we will hold our event at:
Michael Jordan’s Steak House
1225 W. 22nd Street
Oakbrook Il 60523
Ph 630-828-2932
THE G.O.A.T.
Six-time NBA Champion, five-time M.V.P, two-time Olympic Gold Medalist & he’s still hungry. In 1993, during his historic NBA career, Michael Jordan opened his first restaurant in Chicago and has since grown his brand to the national level. In 1998 the first Michael Jordan’s Steak House opened, delivering an unparalleled dining experience elevated to a level you’ve come to expect from the Legend himself. As the G.O.A.T would say “Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen.” For over 20 years his concepts have created unprecedented experiences for everyone at the table.
We will gather at 11:00 am for an hour of complementary cocktails and lunch will be served at noon.
Starters being passed during the cocktail hour include Mini Wagyu Meatballs, Sweet Ginger Chicken Skewers, and MJ’s Grilled Corn Cups.
Once we are seated we will choose from these Entrees for your lunch: Roasted Chicken, Faroe Island Salmon, Sliced Prime NY Strip Steak. The side dishes to be served family style include Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes and Chilie Lime Corn.
We will finish with your choice of dessert: Chocolate Ganache Cake or Seasonal Sorbet.
This event is a MUST RSVP! Please reply to me by Thursday 12/14 to reserve your spot. Guests are welcome at a cost of $125.00 each. This Joyous event is a “no business” luncheon with a few traditions mixed in. Jokes are welcome to be presented to the group during lunch. Our past presidents will gather together for a sparkling rendition of Jingle Bells and we will hold our raffle/donation event with the proceeds going to the Les Turner ALS Foundation.
All members are encouraged to bring a gift for the Raffle, cash or check for the donation and a business card to be used for the drawing.
Come sleigh all day at our Christmas party—it will be a merry good time!
